Services
GEC offers a full range of environmental consulting services, including due diligence (Phase I and Phase II ESAs) for commercial property transactions, development and lending. GEC also offers a full range of permit compliance, remediation and petroleum UST services, as well as hydrological and geological services.

Due Diligence/ESA's
From developers to financial lenders, we are highly experienced in helping clients with environmental due diligence. Services include Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and more technical Phase II assessments, to confirm or refute risks prior to property acquisitions.
UST Closures & GUST Trust
We assist gas station facility owners and operators in underground storage tank removals and UST Closure reporting. GEC also works on a regular basis with the Georgia EPD UST program in providing petroleum release assessments, Corrective Action Plans and GUST Trust application submittals.

Hazardous Waste & Brownfield Sites
GEC has experience with Georgia Hazardous Waste and Brownfield Sites, spanning from Release Notifications submittals to Brownfield applications and Compliance Status Reports in order to facilitate pathways towards regulatory compliance. On behalf of a client, GEC recently entered a hazardous waste site into the Georgia Brownfield Program while simultaneously obtaining a quarter of a million dollars in funding from the State’s Hazardous Waste Trust Fund that will be allocated towards remedial activities prior to factory expansion onto the Site.
Landfill Compliance
GEC provides landfill compliance services, including groundwater and methane monitoring, as well as routine monitoring report preparation.

Hydrological Services
At GEC, we assist clients with hydrological services, including piezometric well installations and groundwater studies.
Geological Services
From in-house mineral resource exploration to direct connections with larger exploration and mine development outfits, we can fulfill both small and large economic geological needs in the region. GEC is currently assisting Dominion Minerals in advancing a high calcium limestone project in Southwest Georgia.
